Abstract

The study examines phytoplankton in Lake Port Drzewny during Cyanobacteria blooms before Elodea nuttallii invasion (2007-2009) and its influence post-invasion (2013-2015). Massive E. nuttallii expansion led to decreased phytoplankton biomass, bloom termination, and a shift from turbid- to clear-water state.
