Study on the distribution of invasive Elodea nuttallii (new in Croatia) and Elodea canadensis in Croatian river basins, including morphological variations such as leaf width, length, and internode length, with higher variability in E. nuttallii. Provides identification key and field survey findings from Lonjsko polje and Kopački rit floodplains.
